Back On Track - Summer Bridge Registration Form

Please complete this form if you or a young person you know may be interested in the Back on Track Summer Bridge program.

Bridge is a program designed to support young people who are disconnected from school or work.

Participants will receive individualized support with the school and/or work goals that are most important to them. For some it is enrolling in a GED class, while for others it is exploring their career options. Virtual sessions tailored to each person's specific needs will be available on a sign-up basis throughout the entire month of June.

NMCAN works with community partners to make school and employment information more accessible to young people who have experienced systems. Many thanks to our partners at Central New Mexico Community College, New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, New Mexico Workforce Connection, and the University of New Mexico.
