We’re excited to share NMCAN’s 2025 Annual Impact Report, a reflection of what young people can achieve when they have community, consistency, and space to grow. This year, young people came through our doors more than 1,000 times, joined 141 community-building events, strengthened their financial futures, and led critical conversations that shaped more equitable systems.

Inside this report, you’ll meet young people who rebuilt stability, found their voice, stepped into leadership, and showed us what’s possible when healing and opportunity meet. Their stories — along with the year’s statewide advocacy work, community dinners, workshops, and drop-in visits — show the impact of walking alongside one another with trust and compassion.
