NMCAN partners with young people to build community, promote equity, and lead change. We support young people ages 14-26 who have or are aging out of foster care; have been involved in the juvenile justice system; and those without supportive networks to improve their transition to adulthood.

The community resource coordinator is responsible for maintaining a robust partner network, with a particular focus on cultivating relationships with direct service providers.
The enrichment coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of NMCAN’s programs with a particular focus on engaging young people who have been impacted by foster care, juvenile justice, and/or homelessness.
The youth organizing coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of NMCAN’s systems change agenda, with a particular focus on engaging young people who have been impacted by foster care, juvenile justice, and/or homelessness, and cultivating relationships with community stakeholders.
The volunteer coordinator is responsible for cultivating and maintaining a robust volunteer network.
